All my products are entirely handmade and are created from scratch, without using pre-assembled parts.
Therefore, all pages are hand sewn or glued, same as covers are put together piece by piece. It is a long process, sometimes taking more than one day to create just one book. But, it's worth, it is the essence of Booktique. For this reason, I also try to use only high grade papers and bookbinding materials, ranging from the most traditional to new and unexpected ones. Just to name one, wallpaper bound covers are becoming very popular amongst my customers.
I use many binding techniques, both traditional and modern, plus a few I invented myself.
